Shipping Policy

While we'd love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions. Free shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products, in-store used, vintage and clearance products. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Your order will ship based on the time it is placed and the shipping option you choose. Most orders ship same day if placed before 3 p.m. ET. Some orders may be held for verification, which may impact shipping times.

Standard Ground Shipping

​

Most ground orders placed before 3 p.m. ET ship same day and will arrive in 5-7 business days.

Title to Products Shipped

​

All items purchased from DMX Music Center are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
